  • WE ALLOW AC WINDOW UNITS.

  • IF YOU INSTALL AN AC UNIT WE CHARGE $30 PER MONTH PER WINDOW UNIT.

WALL HANGING ITEMS:

  • DO NOT HANG LED OR ANY STRING LIGHTS

  • DO NOT USE SCREWS, NAILS, COBRA STRIPS, PUTTY OR TAPE TO HANG ITEMS (TACKS ONLY)

  • DO NOT USE CANDLES NEAR WALLS

DUMPSTERS

  • DUMPSTER ARE FOR TRASH ONLY - HOUSEHOLD.

  • THINGS THAT DON'T GO IN DUMPSTER (WE CHARGE FOR BELOW ITEMS)

    • NO MATTRESSES

    • NO DESKS OR DRESSERS OR COUCHES

    • ALL CARDBOARD MUST BE BROKEN DOWN TO FLAT

    • ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED

    • DO NOT LEAVE MATTRESSES OR FURNITURE AROUND DUMPSTERS (YOUR WILL BE CHARGED)

NEIGHBORS

  • WE ALL HAVE NEIGHBORS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WITH NOISE, ANIMALS ETC. IF YOU HAVE AN "AUTHORIZED" ANIMAL AND IT BECOMES NUISANCE WE WILL ASK THAT THE ANIMAL IS REMOVED.

  • YOU MAY BE A PARTY ANIMAL 24/7 - YOUR NEIGHBOR IS NOT - BE RESPECTFUL.

PARTIES

  • WE WILL NEVER TREAD ON YOUR RIGHTS TO ENJOY PEOPLE IN YOUR APARTMENT BUT IF YOUR APARTMENT OR HOUSE BECOME A CONTINUED PARTY/NOISE ISSUE WE WILL INTERVENE FOR THE GOOD OF THE BUILDING.

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS AND ALL THEIR BEHAVIORS. HOLES IN WALLS, VOMITING OR URINATING IN THE COMMON HALLWAYS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND WILL BE FILMED AND SENT TO THE AUTHORITIES. BASICALLY DON'T BE AN IDIOT, MORON OR SCUMBAG.

MAINTENANCE

  • IF FOR ANY REASON YOU LOOSE HOT WATER OR HEAT - NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY.

  • IF THERE ARE DAMAGES IN THE BUILDING PLEASE NOTIFY US SO WE CAN REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER.

  • IF YOU ARE LOCKED OUT - DO NOT KICK ANY DOOR IN - NOTIFY US
     

RENTER INSURANCE

  • WE RECOMMEND GETTING RENTERS INSURANCE. ITS CHEAP AND WILL GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND IN CASE OF THEFT OR A BUILDING EMERGENCY WHERE YOU CAN NOT OCCUPY YOUR RENTED SPACE FOR A DURATION OF TIME.

PARKING

  • PARKING IS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE IN PLYMOUTH. THANKFULLY WE HAVE PARKING FOR OUR TENANTS.

  • DO NOT ALLOW A FRIEND OR FAMILY TO PARK IN YOUR SPACES LONG TERM. WE DO NOT ALLOW LONG TERM PARKING FOR FRIENDS.

  • WE WILL OBTAIN YOUR CAR/TAGS BELOW SO WE KNOW WHO IS WHERE

  • PARK IN YOUR ALLOTTED SPACES ONLY - DO NOT PARK IN SOMEONE SPACE CREATING AN ISSUE

  • PARKING MAPS CAN BE FOUND ON THE WEBSITE - PLYMOUTHPADSNH.COM

TENANT VS. COUCH SURFER

  • A TENANT IS SOMEONE WHO PAYS TO LIVE IN OUR APARTMENTS.

  • A COUCH SURFER IS NOT A TENANT AND SHOULD NOT BE USING YOUR APARTMENT AND ITS AMENITIES FOR ANY DURATION OTHER THAN A FEW DAYS.

  • ANY PERSON FOUND COUCH SURFING WILL BE CONSIDERED A TENANTS AND THE APARTMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT EXTRA PERSON.

CAMERA/FILMING

  • ALL OUR BUILDINGS ARE MONITORED BY INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CAMERAS. THEY ARE RECORDING 24/7 FOR OUR AND YOUR SECURITY.

  • IF YOU NEED FOOTAGE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SUPPLY YOU WITH THE RECORDINGS YOU NEED.
