  • LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE REPORTING TO PSU ON STUDENT BEHAVIOR OFF CAMPUS IN REGARDS TO GATHERINGS AND DAMAGES.

Welcome Back Tenants. Few House Rules / Guidelines

  • Take caution moving items in, banging door jambs, walls and floors etc.

  • Hanging items on wall: use tacks and not massive nails, screws or putty.

  • Install parking sticker in rear window of car/truck.

  • Report any damages upon move-in. We strive to have everything in order prior to your arrival.

  • All included appliances/ TV's should not be removed or altered unless permission is granted from the administration staff.

  • Grills: are permitted. Grill outdoors and keep grill at least 10ft away from building.

  • Space heaters are a fire hazard are not permitted.

  • Fire pits or rings are not permitted at apartment buildings.

  • Electricity, heat and hot water are running. If you should lose any of them please let building managers know, ASAP.

  • When the heat is on the windows should be shut.

  • Do not remove screens from windows.

  • Air conditioners are allowed with our permission. There is a 40$ per month charge for each air conditioning unit.

  • Trash should always be bagged when in dumpster or shed provided.

  • Do not leave trash bags piled in common areas. Your trash is not my treasure.

  • Common hallways if applicable are cleaned once a week.

  • If something breaks during your lease, please let us know right away so we can fix the problem.

  • Owner entry: Owner will enter common hallway often. We will only enter you apartment if an emergency arises or trying to collect rent.

  • Rent will be paid online. You will get an electronic invoice sent two weeks prior of due date. Please be punctual in rent payment or communicate your issue,

  • Parking; You have a space for your car only. We do not allow friends or significant others to park long term in our lots. WE WILL TOW.

  • Parties/Gatherings; Yes you can have people over as long as it does not escalate or become recurring party house. (not tolerable)

  • Kegs; Good luck finding one within 50 miles & we don't allow them.
